A&Gr Digital Refund and Access Policy
Overview
This Digital Refund and Access Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, delivery, and product access are handled on the A&Gr website.
A&Gr sells only digital products created for game developers, designers, indie studios, and creative professionals working in game development. These resources may include design templates, asset creation guides, sound design toolkits, marketing playbooks, development planners, documentation systems, and other digital tools intended to support creative and production workflows.
Because all products sold by A&Gr are delivered electronically and made available shortly after purchase, they are treated as digital-only sales. By purchasing from A&Gr, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.
Digital Delivery
All products available through A&Gr are digital files or digital-access resources.
Delivery is considered complete once the purchased product has been made available through the website, customer account, download page, email link, protected access area, or any other digital delivery method used by A&Gr. Once the file, link, or access details are provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
Because these are digital goods, they cannot be physically returned.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through A&Gr are generally final.
Since digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after delivery, refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not normally available once access has been granted. Digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical items, which is why all sales are treated as final unless a limited exception applies.
Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be reviewed in a small number of cases where there is a verified issue with the transaction or delivery. These limited exceptions include:

a duplicate charge for the same order

a confirmed failure by the A&Gr platform to provide access to the purchased product

a corrupted or unusable file that cannot be replaced or corrected
Where one of these issues is confirmed, A&Gr may first attempt to resolve the matter by restoring access, reissuing the file, or providing a corrected version. A refund will only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through support or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as changing your mind after purchase, buying a product by mistake, lacking experience with how to use the resource, or expecting content or features that were not clearly described on the product page.
Refunds will also not be provided because the product is no longer needed, because the customer purchased the same product more than once by error on their side, or because the customer did not fully review the product information before completing the order.
Customers are expected to carefully review the description, features, and intended purpose of each product before purchase.
Product Information and Purchase Responsibility
A&Gr aims to provide clear and accurate product descriptions so customers understand what they are purchasing before checkout.
Each product page is intended to explain the contents, function, and intended use of the digital resource. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the available product information and understand the nature of the digital item being provided.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product is suitable for their intended use and compatible with their device, software, and workflow before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued because of unsupported platforms, missing software, or incorrect assumptions about compatibility.
Download Access and File Responsibility
After a successful purchase, customers are given access to their digital files or resources through the A&Gr website or another digital access method chosen by A&Gr.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files after delivery. A&Gr does not guarantee permanent storage of digital files on behalf of the customer, and customers are encouraged to back up their purchases once downloaded.
Loss of files after successful delivery or failure to save purchased content does not create a right to a refund.
License and Unauthorized Distribution
All products sold by A&Gr are protected digital resources made available for personal use or licensed professional use, depending on the product terms.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. Unless A&Gr gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, upload, sublicense, or publicly distribute any purchased files or resources. Customers may also not share private download links or product access with others.
Unauthorized distribution or misuse of A&Gr products may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, or other action where necessary.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact A&Gr first so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after digital access has been provided or the product has been made available, A&Gr reserves the right to dispute that claim using available records, including order details, payment confirmation, access logs, and download history.
Where a dispute is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with completed digital delivery, A&Gr may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
Product and Policy Updates
A&Gr may update, revise, replace, or discontinue digital products, access methods, or policy terms when necessary to reflect changes in business practices, website operations, or legal requirements.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, newer versions, continued revisions, or ongoing access to later releases. Refunds will not be issued simply because a product is later changed, updated, or discontinued.
A&Gr may also modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the current version of this policy.
